Use Standard Cost Globally, General Ledger Setup

With this parameter you can choose to use TRIMIT Standard Cost. You have the following options:

Use Standard Cost Globally	Function
No	You cannot use TRIMIT Standard Cost. Choose this option if you want to use the standard NAV costing. But you must be aware that this option does not support TRIMIT Production.
Yes without G/L Posting	You can use all functionality of TRIMIT Standard Cost but no G/L posting will be made by item posting.
Yes with G/L Posting	The TRIMIT Standard Cost functionality is fully implemented including automatic G/L posting by item posting.

If this parameter has been set to a value different from No, you cannot:

Activate the Automatic Cost Posting parameter in the Inventory Setup.
Set the Costing Method of Items to any of the options Specific, Average or Standard.
Use any of the standard NAV reports for maintenance/adjustment of Unit Costs.
